bobby wagner or Jatavis brown?

Someone dropped bobby wagner for some reason....just as I was about to pick up brown.
Any recommendations for season long value?

I like Wagner more.

Wagner if you need a starter right now, hes safer but zero upside. Brown has upside but we don't know snap count, but has upside, that kid flies to the ball
