Recruiting 3 Managers for Yahoo Dynasty League

I'm running a dynasty league on yahoo that has 12 teams, ppr, and of course IDP's.  But defensive players score very highly compared to other leagues.  We start 8 offense, 8 defense, with 9 bench and 3 IR spots.  (1 QB, 2 RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1 O-Flex, 2 LB, 2 DB, 2 DL, 2 D-Flex) We hold over 18 and redraft 7 each year.  2013 will be our second season, but we've lost 3 managers.  If this sounds interesting, please check out the settings and the available teams and shoot me an email to mccoen at gmail.
