John Simon Texans LB

Is this guy really as good as he's been in the first 2 weeks?  He's currently available in my league and i'm deciding between him and Vaccaro.  

I don't know if I believe the hype for this guy yet.

He's been receiving substantial playing time as the Texans have been using a bit of a weird subpackage that includes him. I don't see the upside there with him. LB4+ at most in balanced leagues.
