Has he won the job over dan conner? Should i have him in my lineup? and he will be a 3 down lb am i right?

Due to Connor's injury, Carter will start week 1 and be a three down linebacker. He's been pretty good and definitely has more potential than Connor. However, Connor is a good run defender in his own right and the Cowboys paid decent money to bring him in. In dynasty leagues, Carter is definitely worth a roster spot. In 12 team or higher redraft leagues, he's worth a LB4 shot.

Both are two down. I like Brinkley slightly more than Dent though.
