week 7: Umenyiora or Justin Smith?

Umenyiora has been a beast this year, but the Cowboys have only allowed 7 sacks this year.   Smith
has a great matchup against the Panthers.  Who would you go with in week 7?

I'd go with Smith against Carolina. The Cowboys have only given up 7 sacks all year and 6 of those were in one game. That stat is a bit misleading as Romo has been pressured 30 times so far this year. He's just very elusive.
