This is tough, but I would probably wait a few weeks to see how productive James is when healthy and with Bowman now in the mix. I heard great things about Williams in the preseason and rostered him as my 4th LB for a while, but I cut him after three weeks as he doesn't seem to be playing as well as many people thought.  Plus, Vince isn't getting 100 % of the defensive snaps in Pitt, which hurts his value as well.
