To provide a counter point, I would like to call out a few things:

1) Robinson missed three games last year and still had the same amount of tackles as Telvin Smith at 104. Granted Smith wasn't playing in subpackages until later in the year.
2) Washington's stat crew is top 5 in terms of tackles issued per opportunity. Jacksonville is in the bottom 6.
3) Robinson is the clear #1 LB in Washington with little tackle competition. Smith has tackle beast Paul Posluszny to contend with which will ultimately limit his ceiling.
4) Robinson actually does have some big play potential as witnessed by his 2.5 sacks last year in 13 games.

Not saying that Robinson is that much better than Smith. They are actually neck and neck projections, but it's not as clear cut as it may seem :).
