If Weddle is out there I think you have to grab him.  A solid source of tackles and the off chance he gets a pick.  For me, I'd start a SS over a CB all day due to tackle opportunities.  Based on the list you've provided as to what is available, Weddle would have the best floor and highest ceiling.
