I am in the same situation as you (except Tyvon Branch is my other starter). I'm convinced Swearinger is going to break out this year and after that first game it seems more certain. He played 100% of the snaps, he is lining up at LB alongside Cushing in Nickel and doesn't have much competition for tackles. Vaccaro missed SIX tackles in this game (he also played 100% of the snaps) after missing only THREE the entirety of last season so consider it an aberration. His box score would have looked a lot better had he only missed 1 or 2 of those. With all that said, I will be dropping Vaccaro this week for Swearinger as I think Swearinger's role in the Nickel where he can blitz occasionally pushes him slightly above Vaccaro. You can't go wrong either way though.
