Depends on how the other rosters stacked up in your league. But based just on your roster alone, I would rate it a 6.9. I like the Whitner, LFB, KVB, and Campbell selections. I think you overpaid for Tulloch, however. It's hard to tell his value right now as they still haven't figured out their linebacker setup in subpackages yet. But even if he plays every-down, he's not gonna put up anywhere close to the numbers he did last year.
