I would rank them as follows:

1) Quin - Anytime you can get a safety at a CB position, I would take it; especially considering the other options you have to choose from.
2) Munnerlyn - I think he could have a breakout year. He's a bit risky though as he is largely unproven.
3) Smith - Rookie corners tend to put up nice fantasy numbers. If Smith gets enough playing time, he should be a nice selection.
4) Toler - Had a great season, but corners are inconsistent from year to year and I'm not sure if he can hold his starting job especially with gifted rookie Patrick Peterson and veteran Richard Marshall playing behind him.
5) Ross - Ross is a wildcard. Honestly, not sure what exactly to expect from him. I wouldn't pick him up unless I had to.
