start Goodson over Timmons and Shephard?

Looks like Goodson is Active, who do I start between these 3?  My other Lb's are Lee and Bowman.

I'd go Timmons with a very strong matchup.

Thanks.  I do have a flex spot as well.  I currently have Vaccarro in the flex.  My other safeties are Neal and McDougald.  right choice?  Or should I put Goodson, Shephard or J. Smith in the flex?
