idp rules - include special teams tackles

Rookie question - do IDP leagues reward tackles made on special teams plays? what about tackles made by offensive players following a turnover?

All the IDP leagues I've ever played in don't reward points for special teams tackles or tackles registered by offensive players.

I play on Yahoo and I'm pretty sure special teams tackles are counted, also I've received plenty of tackles from my offensive players if they made a tackle on a turnover. I'm not sure how other sites count them though
