Yah, you know me. I think JPP is a high risk/reward type of player both in fantasy and real-life terms. He's stuck in the logjam of defensive linemen right now in New York and probably won't see enough playing time in his rookie season to be of much value. Plus, it's going to take him a while to develop. He's still very raw and inexperienced. He needs to improve against the run and become a more well-rounded player before he will see enough playing time to be fantasy viable.
He's a solid pick in dynasty leagues, but I wouldn't place much value in him for this season especially since Kiwanuka, Umenyiora, and Tuck are still with the Giants.
