I read a report saying that Bell is out Week 9 vrs BAL but I also read something that he was a limited participant in practice this week and is expected to play, can you clarify if he will play or not this week?

I believe the report that stated Bell was going to be out was a false one. He was limited in practice and is questionable to play this week. It's a situation to watch closely.

He was limited in practice but all indications are that he will play Sunday.
