Why is Lamarr Houston still being ranked so highly?

I got him at auction but he hasn't produced anything in four weeks. Why is he still being ranked in the top 15?

I have him at 34 this week. DL is thin and you have to continue to bank on him doing something given that he has historically been very consistent. That said, he doesn't deserve top 15 ranking at this point.
