Who to start Week 1?

I have to start 4 LB's out of these 5...  Who should I start Week 1?

Dannell Ellerbe @ Cle
Nick Roach @ Ind
Donald Butler vs. Hou
Curtis Lofton vs. Atl
Mychal Kendricks @ Was

I would start Ellerbe, Roach, Butler, and Lofton. I think Kendricks finishes the year ahead of a couple of those guys (if not all), but I want to see how he plays in his first regular season action of the year before trusting him completely.
