Who is the better start this week and who is the better start going forward?

My league is 2points per tackle 1point per assist 5 for sack and 6 for interception.

I have James Anderson, Lofton, DJ Smith, Wesley Woodyard (had McCarthy but he has been injured)

Looking to see if any of these picks are worthy of starting this week or going forward.

Courtland Finnegan, Alteraunn Verner, Russell Allen, Philip Wheeler

Jared Allen has been a bust so far.  Would you start Dunlop from Cincy over him?
