Which LB week #8: DQwell Jackson or Navorro Bowman?

Pts are scored as follows:

tackle = 1.5 pts
sack = 7 pts
interception = 10 pts
fumble recovery = 2 pts

I need to fill a bye week:

Who would most likly score me more points:

1.  DQwell Jackson (Clev) @ SanFran

or

2.  Navorro Bowman (SanFran) vs Clev

Thanks.  So my 2 original LB's are Lee and Bishop.  

1.  If I pick up DQwell Jackson for this week #8 which 2 (Lee/Bishop/Jackson) do you like for the rest of the season?

2.  Also available on waivers for this week #8 besides Jackson are:  Posluszny, Barnett, Johnson and Hawthorn.  With my scoring do you like any of thes guys better than DQwell Jackson?

Are you in a one team IDP league? How could that many LB1's be on your WW?

Thereare 14 teams and we each play 2 IDP players from any position with the above scoring.  Therefore some teams don't play LB's but I find with our scoring system they are the most reliable.  Therefore the above players minus Poz as he was just picked up are available.

I like Bishop then Jackson then Lee.
