Waiver question

Impatient owner dropped Ruud and Vilma last week. Any of those players is worth to pick up and has a chance to get back to Stud form? Belcher is also available in the wire. Would you pick up Belcher over Ruud or Vilma?

I'm still not sold on Ruud. He had a ton of tackle opps and still only put up 7 solos. Plus, he's playing with a chronic shoulder injury. I would rank them in the following fashion: Vilma, Ruud, and Belcher (not playing every down).
