Two Suggestions

I realize keeping this forum going is a lot of work and I appreciate your efforts. I bought the draft guide and am looking forward to the app, if it comes out.

My suggestions:

1. Both of the drafts I have participated in breaks out DL to DT and DE, and DB to CB and S. I think you did this last year, but could you break these positions out in the rankings or make a separate ranking?

2. Especially in leagues with only a few BENCH positions I like to choose players with dual eligibility like DE/LB or DE/DT. I realize with the different defensive alignments there is some confusion on whether a player is a lineman or a linebacker, for example, but it would be helpful knowing those players with this dual designation. I also realize it depends on the league you are playing in. For example, I drafted Dwight Freeney (not listed in your rankings) because he is DE/LB in ESPN drafts. I only have 6 bench spots and need them for OFF players as well, so a player with dual eligibility is helpful. I selected Darnell Dockett for the same reason as he is DE/DT.

Thanks again for taking your time to run this forum.

Re: Two Suggestions

Hi Sarasin.

First off, thanks for the comments and suggestions. They are always welcome. You are right, running the entire site by myself gets to be a bit much sometimes, but I LOVE it.

I will try and break out the rankings into DT and CB this year like I did last year. Good suggestion.

Bill is working on updating this document: http://www.idpguru.com/2012/08/2012-idp-position-designations-by-site.html

Which should be exactly what you are looking for.

Thanks,
Ryan

Re: Two Suggestions

Yes, that is the document I recall from last year and very helpful in drafts.

If possible, though, please do the player sort by LAST name instead of first.

Thanks again.
