Guru and others -
We've had a scoring question that's been the difference between a 1 pt difference in Week 15 and therefore a $650 first place pot on the line. I will most definitely donate if you can help me figure this out. Just want to add that I was not the winner or loser; just trying to arbitrate:)
Our league setting is supposedly 1pt for every 5 tackles but it doesn't say anything about whether assisted or solo are scored differently.
Week 15:
Texans: ESPN scored them 49 tackles and gave 9 total pts for Total Tackles. We expected it to be rounded up to 10 if 49/5 is 9.8.
Ravens: ESPN scored for 74 tackles and gave the player 15 pts. It was rounded up from 14.8.
We have a few other weeks where we found rounding up and downs that don't make sense to us either if you want me to provide add'l examples.
There may be a valid reason why ESPN is treating the tackles this way but we just can't figure out. Thank you for any help you can provide.
