I think the important thing to point out here is that Butler was only a two-down linebacker last season and still put up respectable numbers and was actually one of the most efficient/effective tacklers in the NFL. Judging my training camp reports and what I've seen so far in preseason, Butler is locked into an every down role this season is a very friendly fantasy position scheme for inside linebackers. He's a good bet for 95-100 solos and top 10 numbers.
Timmons also has a chance at LB1 numbers, but he's a lot more risky.
