Time to move on from Levy?

I own both Ryan Shazier and DeAndre Levy in my dynasty league where we can start up to 4 LBs each week.  My every-week starters are Alec Ogletree and Jamie Collins.  I also Deone Buchanon and picked up Zach Brown off waivers a couple of weeks ago.  Is it worth dropping Levy to grab Vince Williams, then just playing whichever of Shazier/Williams starts alongside Timmons when I need another LB?  

...not crazy about owning two LBs on the same team, but I'm tired of wasting bench space on guys like Levy (I also own Ziggy Ansah at DL) with no timetable for return and guys like Levy/Shazier who always seem to be hurt, and at least this way I'd theoretically always have one of the Pittsburgh LBs available.
