Is he still an every down LB? Looks like his snaps dropped in week 4. Should I drop him for Fred Warner or Todd Davis?

Chargers rotated a bit but they may have been due to them playing the Dolphins. I'm still trusting him as a LB2 in most leagues. He's a veteran with a nose for the ball and has virtually no tackle competition (especially if Perryman misses time).
