TRADE: BEN TATE and PATRICK PETERSON FOR TJ WARD and TYVON BRANCH?

BEN TATE and PATRICK PETERSON FOR TJ WARD and TYVON BRANCH?

Currently starting Peterson and Daniel Manning, with the return yardage bonus........so with that said, I think making a play for 2 studs like ward and branch makes for a worthwhile move, am I right? Obviously Ben Tate would be worth holding with a very hurt Foster, but thats not the case as of yet.

Thanks guru.....

Yah, looks like a good trade. You are getting 2 top 5 DBs.

I think this trade will be heavily protested. Ward and Branch are bona fide IDP studs and you are trading away a back up RB that may/or may not ever see the field and a Waiver Wire type DB in Manning. If you can get away with it, pull the trigger and don't look back.

Haha.....I thought it was a no brainer too, until he countered at the last moment with CJ Spiller instead of Tate. He is the A. Foster owner, so Tate made more sense in my opinion. I hesitated for awhile but thought it still was a good move for me.  Spiller has plenty more value than Tate, but still an unknown fantasy ceiling, basically drafting him on talent.

I'm strong at rb depth, so i went for it. 2 stud dbs to start the season is cool with me.
