TJ Watt (and others with DL/LB designation)

There are a number of players with DL/LB designations. Many of these players seem to be edge rushers that are DE/OLB depending on scheme.

I know the top 3 'DL' in our league last year have this dual designation (TJ Watt, Shaq Barrett, and Chandler Jones). All three of these players are included in your LB rankings but not DL rankings.

Although many of the players with the dual designation are listed in your DL rankings (i.e. Aldon Smith, Ryan Kerrigan, JPP, Houston), how would DL-eligible players listed in the LB rankings fit into the DL rankings? I am assuming fairly high up.
