TEAM DEFENSE HELP PLEASE

I have arizona in one league and miami in another. looking at adding another def to spell ariz. here's my options.

miami/options:

Miama paired with arizona. You could ride miama this week and the next two during bye and vs. atlanta. Then arizona has good matchups ROS. Although some weeks miami has even better if you still want to carry them especially vs. jax.

Now with miama denver is the next best defense but i recommend you play it per week matchup. Miami and denver both seem to have good matchups at the same time and bad at the same time when you would want to roll with someone else

well i meant that miami will be good for next week (ariz bye) and the week after (az vs. atl) based on previous performance and matchups.
