Starting a Top Safety vs Starting a Mediocre LB

Is it smarter to start a top S like Harrison Smith/Kenny Vaccaro vs a LB like Christian Kirksey/Gerald Hodges?

Point system is 1 point per tackle, .5 for assisted tackle, 3 for Sack and 3 for INT.

I think so. Not a huge believer in Kirksey. Hodges could be great but really depends on if he can carve out an every down role.

Hodges ranks 4th, the other 3 are similar with Kirks being the most consistent
