Starter selection: Butler/Cushing/Roach

I start three LBs every week.  Kuechly is a sure-fire start.  For my other two, I need to sit one of Donald Butler, Brian Cushing, and Nick Roach.  What do you think?

I'd sit Roach as he has a bad matchup.
