Shazier Replacement

I picked up Vince Williams, but just saw an article on yahoo talking about the seriousness of shazier's injury and it mentioned Moats being the next man up.  https://www.yahoo.com/news/steelers-turn-versatile-moats-place-injured-shazier-232139747--spt.html

He's manning the other ILB spot. I still think Williams plays every down or near every down at the other ILB spot.
