Scoring-specific Rankings

Does anyone know of a site/tool that might generate an overall and/or by-position IDP rankings that allows you to customize scoring settings? I would pay decent money for one, especially from the guru :)

Ryan is part of the group for footballguys.com for their idp and you can enter your own league scoring thru a membership on their site. Been using it for years.
