Rest of Season IDPs

Love the information on this site. Its given me some really great sleepers over the past few seasons. Our league scoring for IDP is pretty standard with an emphasis on big plays (5 pts/sack, 5 pts/INT, 5 pts/FR, 1 pt/TK).  Currently, I am starting Brad Jones and Wesley Woodyard. I am sitting on Daryl Washington and Von Miller.

1.) Is it worth sitting on Washington and Miller
2.) Would you drop any of the four, with rest of season rankings considered (our league charges per free agent pick up so I try to limit if possible instead of playing matchups), for any of the following:

Kiko Alonso
Zach Brown
Mario Williams
DeAndre Levy
Jerrell Freeman
Ryan Kerrigan
Mychal Kendricks
Daryl Smith
LaRon Landry
Robert Mathis
Philip Wheeler
Bruce Carter
Karlos Dansby

Only 42 IDPs are owned so if any other sleepers come to mind, they are probably available. Thanks a lot!

I am curious if/when you are going to bring back ROS rankings as well.  Thanks Guru!

I'd probably drop Jones for Alonso. But it's close. ROS Rankings will hopefully be released this week. I think it's worth stashing Washington and Miller.
