Question regarding the weekly rankings matchup charts

I'm not certain how to read this chart.  For instance, on the DB rankings for week 13:
is Leonard Johnson in a favorable matchup with Denver, but Denver only allows 3 points to each position?
Same with Skrine:  He is in a Mediocre matchup vs. Oakland but they allow 14 points to each IDP position?
That would seem that Skrine's matchup is better...yet he's listed as #30.

Am I reading this right?

It's not how many points they allow, it's the rank. So Denver allows the 3rd most points to DBs whereas the Raiders only the 14th most to DBs.

Ah, OK.  Makes a lot more sense now  :)
