Pick up Hardy??

Right now I have Gerald McCoy and Olivier Vernon as my DL.  The latter of which has gotten me a total of TWO points in two games.  Granted he missed a lot of the first game with an injury, but he wasn't the greatest of DL when I had him last year either....  Both are the weakest part of my defense so I would like to upgrade if at all possible.  
Hardy is out there and I'm thinking about picking him up this week and stashing him until he's back.  
You guys think he's worth taking up a roster spot in hopes he'll be better than Vernon?

I do think hes worth a spot, Hardy was one of the best DL players in 2013, he might be a total scumbag but he is a beast on the field, elite beast.
