Pick up Greg Hardy?

I'm new to IDP this year and I am in need of some advice. My league starts a player at each defensive position. Greg Hardy is available and will be coming back from his suspension. Is it worth dropping Jadeveon Clowney to pick him up? I was expecting Clowney to benefit from all the attention being on J.J. but to this point he has been disappointing. Thanks in advance for any advice you could give me.
