Offensive roster and scoring balance

What’s the preferred scoring format for offense with the balanced idp scoring the idpguru uses (like if it is standard half or full ppr?)

How about ideal number of roster spots for offense when there are 8-11 idp starters?

Im running an idp league for the first time and it’s been fun, but would like to have an idea from those who are experienced of how I can balance towards a better overall system next year.
