I've just acquired Richard Seymour and Darnell Dockett via a trade in a 16 team league so my current defensive players include:

We can start up to 3 at any position, and I'm going to have to drop Drew Stanton (QB DET) to pick up LB Tatupu. I'm trying to even out my defensive positions and I want to pick up Greg Hardy, so I would have to drop one of my defensive linemen. Even though Hardy is under performing, this is a tackle heavy league, so I want to hang onto him, so my basic question is should I drop Seymour for Hardy? I'm thinking long term, as my team is currently 1-10 and I'm in rebuild mode.
