Hi, it's a good move drop Arthur Brown and Colin McCarthy,  and add Stephen Tulloch and Nick Roach (or another player)?

My other two LBs are Jerrell Freeman and Bruce Carter.

At this point, I think so. There's a pretty good chance both players eventually become starters but Tulloch and Roach's value isn't too far off of theirs over a full season and they probably come out ahead if you exclude the few games Brown and McCarthy probably won't start.
