Is there anything news whether Gerald McCoy is back for week 4 and, if so, is he worth picking up?

Other DLs available are Willie Young, Jason Pierre-Paul, Fletcher Cox and Andre Branch. How would you rank all of them?

He's listed as probably (so 75% chance of playing).

For me, it's JPP, Young, Cox, and Branch.
