Mason Foster Hurt?

Saw this a little bit ago,

Coach Raheem Morris is concerned about MLB Mason Foster's (ankle) status for Sunday against the Saints. Analysis: The severity of Foster's injury isn't known. He was able to at least practice on a limited basis Thursday.

Just wondering if we've heard anything more regarding this injury?  And who takes his place if he can't go?

Haven't really heard any new news on this. I will update my rankings accordingly if Foster is indeed out or limited in any way, however.
