Luke Kuechly?

Whats up with Kuechly.  Most of all the good LBs are taken. Is he worth sitting on and taking low fantasy stats hoping he will produce or pic up someone else.

He isn't playing in subpackages and hasn't been playing well either. I'd drop him in the majority of redraft leagues.
