Rolando McClain - Is it worth dropping Woodyard or Foote to get him?

Also is it worth dropping, William Moore, Benard Pollard or Kam Chancellor to pick up Charles Tillman.

Tackles worth 1 points, assists .5, sacks 3, ints 4, pass defended 1

Cannot drop anyone else due to roster limits. I also have DJ Williams on the IR waiting. Woodyard is losing snaps to the dinosaur Keith Brooking.
