LB question Poz vs Tulloch

Hey Guru - I'm in a tackle driven league (2.5 solo, 1 assist,  4 sack, 5 int, 3.5 pass def, 3.5 FF) that plays 2 LB - I have Tulloch, Poz and Timmons.  I am always starting Timmons but will always have the decision on the other spot.  What are your thoughts for this week and going forward, how do you evaluate a good matchup for a LB?  
I can certainly try to sell one but with Poz's injury risk, it's nice to have a backup plan - what do you think?

I like Tulloch, but I hate his matchup against the Eagles this week. Pos has a fantasic matchup against the Ravens. Start Pos for sure.

I also give Pos the slight edge of Tulloch moving forward.
