LB decision--who to drop

I picked up Angerer just before kickoff yesterday, and have McCarthy as well who has been riding my bench.  I've been playing Russell Allen, DJ Smith, and Ayers.
I can play 3, and can keep one on the bench.

Who to drop?
My gut says drop Smith (my league gives PD for 1 point, so he's done 9 points per week, except one).
However, with McCarthy back, I'm wondering how well Ayers does  (I also have Verner as a Safety..and the "all eggs in one basket" thought bears consideration).

I have to drop one as the bye weeks start.  Allen is off to such a good start, I wonder if he'll keep his job.

ugh.  This is a question for you Guru!

Thanks!
To recap:
Allen
Ayers
McCarthy
DJ Smith
Angerer

drop one

IDP scoring

It's pretty standard scoring
tackle: 1
assist: .5
sack: 4
PD: 1
stuff: 1
int: 4
ff: 3

Re: LB decision--who to drop

Also, I'm wondering if Angerer will play much this week (first game back).
Bench him one more game?

Re: LB decision--who to drop

I think Angerer plays a lion's share of the snaps. But you never know.

I would drop Ayers. Allen probably won't have a ton of value either when Daryl Smith comes back as he will likely return to a two down role. And Smith could return this week.
