LB Question

I currently have Russell Allen on my roster who has been performing well but Stephen Tulloch and DJ Smith are on the waiver wire, shoudl I drop Russell Allen for either player?

I think Allen goes down to a LB3-/LB4+ once Daryl Smith returns. I'd rather have D.J. Smith ROS.
