Kelvin Sheppard

It does not look like he is playing every down, but he received a good amount of snaps on Sunday.  

Do you think that will be typical of how he will be used going forward or was that due to the matchup?

Yes, I'm thinking of picking him up as soon as McCarthy is Out for the week.
Very interested in input on this.

Depends on the matchup. Sheppard still only played 45 snaps compared to Barnett's 67. I personally think he's a LB3 matchup type player. The Jets were a good matchup and he registered 8 tackles. I don't see him putting up much better numbers than that in most games.
