Josh Mauga - any good?

Sure, Josh Mauga will be a 3 down linebacker, but what should we expect out of him?

His 1st game with 8 solo tackles seems LB2 worthy. With DJ out for the season, I'd imagine he is the best KC has (thus dominate tackles amongst the group of KC LB's).

Anyone think he has a higher ceiling than say, Sio Moore (best comparison to a hot LB right now)?

At this point it's probably too early to call that ball (Mauga v Moore).  

I had a shot at both, and I went for Moore, but both are going to be good 4/5 IDP positions on a roster at this point.  

I agree with Mike B. I think if Mauga sticks in the nickel, he's going to have starter value in most leagues by sheer default. I'd rather own Moore though regardless.

Is anyone worried that Moore's stats were possibly inflated with Roach being sidelined for week 1?

I can't help but think Moore shouldn't be as highly valued as he is (unless Roach is out again this week).

Edit: Clearly I'm a "glass half empty" kinda guy.
