In a 4-3 Defense, would the Strong S. or Free S get more tackles?

I am debating between Harrison Smith or Strong S. Blanton (MInn.) against run heavy NYJ.....???

Miami's Free S. (Jones) got more tackles against NYJ.....WIll this hold true again?
