So I used the ole IDP Guru draft guide in my IDP league. Here's how it's laid out:
PPR, 1pt for 10rush/rec or 20pass, 6pts for all TDs (+6pts for TDs 50yds+).
IDP scoring: Tackles = 2pts, Assists = 1pt, Sacks = 3pts (1.5 for 1/2 sack), Pass defended = 2pts, INT = 4pts, Forced fumbles = 2pts, Recovered fumble = 2pts.
Rosters requirements:
Offense must have 2QB/3RB/4WR-TE/1PK/1 Extra Offensive player. Defense must have 2DE-DT/2LB/2CB-S/1 Extra defensive player. (So TEs are considered WRs, not a TE-mandatory league)
Starting requirements:
1QB/2RB/2WR-TE/1PK/1DL/1LB/1DB/1FLEX (home games get an extra defender, away games no extra player, so 4-5 starters, no more than 2 at any position - can't start 3LBs on a home game).
Doubleheaders on Weeks 2, 7, 8, 11, and 13 (which played into me trying to avoid players on bye those weeks if I could).
16 teams, and I drafted from the 2 spot:

3.2 - L.Murray (RB-OAK)
4.15 - Davante Adams (WR-GB)
5.2 - M.Ryan (QB-ATL)

9.2 - Calais Campbell (DL-AZ)
10.15 - Martavis Bryant (WR-PIT)
11.2 - Charles Woodson (DB-OAK)
12.15 - Da'Norris Searcy (DB-TEN)
13.2 - Cameron Wake (DL-MIA)
14.15 - Rueben Randle (WR-NYG)
15.2 - Roy Helu (RB-OAK)
16.15 - Brandon McManus (PK-DEN)
17.2 - Clay Matthews (LB-GB)
18.15 - Johnny Football!! (QB-CLE)

Clearly I waited too long on my backup QB....didn't want Hoyer so I waited and he went - wanted K.Cousins late and even he went - then it was McCown or nothing, so I waited until last round and selected Manziel - he will be dropped when I can pick up an appropriate backup QB or trade for one (couple teams actually took 3).
The only guys I have on bye for doubleheaders are Gio (7), D.Adams (7), M.Bryant (11), R.Randle (11), K.Robinson (8), C.Matthews (7).
